"White History Month" sign stirs up New Jersey borough

Yes some go beyond the normal acts of racism and become violent or commit murder but its far less common than normally perceived.

How do you know it is far less common than normally perceived? One can say it is far more than commonly perceived because it is difficult to prove and most people won't report it.

What I mean by delicate treatment is the massive amount of government and private funding put out simply for minorities.

Is this in comparison to the amount of government and private funding put out for everyone? Or that some companies have for children of their employees? Or for children of members of staff? If that is the case, then I think you'll need some numbers to back up your claim.

Everyone is supposed to feel sorry for the amount of black Americans below the poverty line when it's far easier for them to go to school and obtain aid than the rest of us.

Who says that government programs are about making "everyone feel sorry"? What makes you think it is easier for someone from a poor background to go to school or to obtain aid than someone from relatively better off background? Is it really that easy if they e.g have to go to worse schools or live in poor neighborhoods?

In this country everyone has the ability to succeed and go beyond petty problems to live a prosperous life, and its even easier when everyone feels sorry for you.

This claim is simply not true for a huge number of Americans. What you're referring to as "petty problems" really shows your ignorance of some of the schools in America. There is a two part This American Life podcast that you could listen to if you're interested in one small reason why what you're referring to as "petty problems" isn't so petty. Here's the link to the first part.
