Once had this guy work behind our coffee shop. Not a dick in the slightest, he was really really nice with customers but it was evident he had some kind of Asperger's or something, so conversing with customers and preparing drinks in a fast paced work environment would be difficult. We didn't wanna just let the guy go because it'd be fucked up cutting his opportunity because of his disorder. He always had this weird faint day old sour, sweat smell to him though that kind of lingered but went over everyone's head, but one day, my coworker at the time caught a glimpse of him bending over to pick up something on the ground and saw that there was dried, caked up shit pellets crusted on the top of his asscrack. He didn't wipe well. Come to think of it, no one ever really saw him wash his hands that often either. Some of our regulars ended up finding out about it too and they weren't fond to the idea of being served Kopi Luwak flavored espresso. We unfortunately had to let him go work in a different store department after that for food safety concerns.
