Will I get genital herpes if I have oral already?

I said the initial infection could spread it to other sites, but I'm assuming they've both had it for a while (if I'm wrong on this, my apologies). I don't believe that to be false information, nor can I find anything on a quick search that says that's incorrect.

I also said in theory HSV1 would protect against HSV2 in the same site. Considering the antibodies are basically the same, I also think that's a pretty sound theory. It may be possible to have both in the same site, but it's definitely not common or likely.

And I know you can get multiple genital outbreaks of HSV1, I didn't say you couldn't (reread my post?) but that's also not a common thing. It's way more likely to get recurring outbreaks of HSV2 , making it IMO a better idea to get HSV1 down there. Like I said, it's a theory.
