Same. Jurassic Park was my absolute favorite movie as a kid and still is even though my heart is scorned.

Jurassic World was so bad that I cried leaving the theater. How fucking dare they make a beloved franchise into a shitty, irrelevant fucking cash grab. There is something darkly poetic about how Chris Pratt's character hates on the commercialization of the dinosaurs in the movie and how the park is a complete money grab, but that is what the movie in itself is. I'd like to think that was the point of the movie but I highly fucking doubt that the people who wrote characters like "Buff Andy Dwyer the fucking velociraptor whisperer" or "Ungodly stupid yet very successful hot scientist lady" could have written even a smidgen of something actually interesting like that. Jesus fuck that movie is a pile of garbage. My love for the series ALMOST made me go and see the second piece of shit that they have released but fool me twice shame on me.
