I think it was just, ignore them because they might be lying. Once you see the crowning you realize they weren’t lying. You walk over to the control room, you call a supervisor. They don’t pick up, you call again. They pick up and yell, “WHAT?” You say, “boss, i think one of the inmates might have some kind of medical issue maybe, i don’t know.” You all talk for a few minutes and decide to call an ambulance. The ambulance takes an hour to get there because ya know it’s just a prison. The emts get to the cell and realize a woman already gave birth and leave since they aren’t needed anymore.
