Workers of reddit, when have you said "Fuck this, I quit"?

To try and make a long story short. Got hired by a LARGE contract security company for part time. Quickly gained favor from branch manager for my work ethic and reliability. Got offered a full time spot, for more money. Outlined to a tee my unavailable work times. First 6 months goes by, everything is awesome. My hiring manager gets promoted to regional manager in a different state. New guy comes in, first week has me working a time I specifically outlined I'm unavailable. No problem. I call him and explain to him what's up and tell him it's not a problem, I'll get it this time. He apologizes and says it won't happen again. Next week, same exact thing. I call him, ask him what's up, we just had this convo, he says he's sorry he forgot and he really needs me to work these shifts as there's no one else. I say ok, but this is it, I'm not available at these times. He says he promises it won't happen again. Two weeks go by, everything is fine and then he does it again. I call him and am like wtf dude? He says there was no one else available, and if I don't come in for these shifts I'll get written up. I say we've had this conversation numerous times, and it's not my responsibility to find people to cover, I'm not the branch manager, you are. I don't show, I get written up. I waited two more weeks until I knew the interns they had went back to college and they were especially shorthanded and I called in 5 minutes before another shift on a time I specifically stated I was unavailable and quit. I've worked retail and contract security both for numerous years, and I would choose to work retail over contract security every time.
