Workers who self-quarantine for coronavirus can sue employer if they’re fired, Case Western law professor says

Also your winnings will not be lucrative. People tend to think you win millions in law suits all the time. Generally speaking, civil suits from employees to employers are for financial damages only. Meaning the hours you are not compensated for and possibly late fees as a result.

So if you really want to take your employer to court for your 2 week paycheck or whatever it is, that will be up to you, and it won't be ruled on for quite a while.

Good luck suing for punitive damages for a crisis everyone is facing and choosing to self quarantine from work.

I'm not against people staying home from work, I think it's a good idea. But I just know how these cases go because I'm a court reporting student and practice to a lot of actual civil cases that most people probably never listen to (because they're boring and why would they? Lol)
