[WP] A person was born able to always hear the background music to their life and has always used it to their advantage, but for the first time ever they hear music that is truly epic and foreboding.

For every single year you've been alive, you've always heard background music. Whether it be the upbeat piano you hear on the daily commute to the office, or the karaoke music you hear in the shower egging you to sing- it's always been there. At its quietest, it's the soft ringing of a bell. At its worst, it's banging dubstep, the brain-breaker bass fuining your eardrums and making your vision shake.

Right now, though, it's something different.

You didn't even notice the music at first over the sound of your banging heartbeat. Your grabbing at your stomach too- it feels like your stomach is a burning forest. Looking down, you nearly vomit; there's blood now too, but as of now there's a chance. You might make it in time.

The music is different now, too. It's an orchestra. More often than not, the music's a single instrument, maybe two. Hearing an ensemble of notes wash over you is another element of the situation that tips you past the breaking point.

You're running now, looking behind you every so often. Nobody's there yet, but someone might turn the corner and spot you. Have to make it there first. Have to get to away.

Safety! You lock yourself within and look under the crack of the door. Nobody. You take a couple deep breaths, before the burning sensation returns and you're forced to sit down. It's silent for a couple seconds, but then the music clips suddenly in a flurry of sounds, and somebody knocks.

You don't know who it was. You open the thin window; it's your only escape. In one swift motion, you unlock the door and jump out. The ensemble had reached an allegro of notes, swarming your path as you made your escape

You find yourself on the wet alleyground. Tears are forming on your eyes, and the music is reaching a crescendo that smashes into your body as you take off your pants and finally, finally let the poop out.

As it all came out, the orchestra slowly quieted as your endeavour came to an end. As you wipe with a spare tissue, the music becomes adagio and a heavy, hushed drone lies underneath it. You close your eyes and wipe your tears. The deed is done, and the music ends with a final lapse of beautiful, harmonious sound.
