[wp] It takes imagination and creativity to come up with a compelling fan theory. As such, I would love to see some stories written that are based on popular fan theories.

Snoke finally roused in a dark chill.

He gave a wave to the wall, and red candles--ever obedient--lit at once. Snoke let no light in these chambers, at least none from the outside world. *The Force is-a great light for he who yields it," his master had told him once.

Yet the way Snoke moved from his bed, he felt that light waning.

I have given the son of Solo all the training I have, he felt suddenly. My energy leaves me and goes to him.

If he had a mirror, Snoke would look in and see a great dented thing, more monster than what he once was. For years he had awoke and looked in the mirror, again and again, until the sight became too painful to bear. What was it the master once spake in that strange dialect of his? We are our own worst foes.

Now that Kylo Ren had finally killed Han Solo, he was no longer his own worst foe.

The boy was coming along nicely. Ever since he gave up all light, the darkness burned stronger than ever, the way blue flames burn hottest. Ren mastered the saber, then the healing arts, then two sabers, then knew the Force so strongly he could strangle an entire room dead without so much as flicking his fingers. No boy, Snoke had to remind himself. Kylo Ren is now a man.

Someone once told him that they had seen Kylo Ren late at night, whimpering in his own chambers like a child. What weakness. Han Solo was dead, and no regret would bring him back. If only Kylo Ren could give himself fully to the darkside, he would become an even greater power than his grandfather. Still. There were none so great as the Master, and Snoke sometimes shivered to even comprehend his evil.

As if sensing his thoughts, Kylo Ren entered the chambers, mask on.

"I am ready to begin the day's training," he said, in that low mechanical whisper.

"Your training is complete," Snoke said.

That took Kylo off guard. "I don't understand."

"If you wanted, you could go back to your enemies and destroy them. Nevermind who they are, or how strong with the force. This--"Rey"--you speak of, she is nothing more than a child. A shadow of what you once were. And now you are strong."

"It is not just her. It is Skywalker."

Skywalker. The very name burned like a freezing knife. The Master was greater than any Skywalker, Snoke knew, yet the name still hit like fear.

"You are worth ten Skywalkers," Snoke said, holding his thoughts.

"Then I have completed my training?"

"You have," Snoke said. "You are ready to fully embrace the Dark Side of the Force." Snoke donned a cloak now, ready to turn and say the ritual words that would unleash Kylo Ren on the galaxy--

--But when he turned, he felt a sharp pain in his chest.

"I know," Kylo Ren said. "The Master told me."

That is when Snoke realized he was undone. Kylo Ren's red light saber burned through him, eating what left remained of his heart. If he had breath to speak, he would have cursed Kylo Ren.

No, he would have cursed...

"Yousa master," said Jar Jar Binks, reading Snoke's very thoughts. He walked behind Kylo Ren, wearing the dark robes of the Sith, his essence glowing like red hellfire. "Very good, Ren Ren. Wesa gonna whip the whole galaxy, one by one!"

Snoke felt the blood, the life, coming from his sides. Kylo Ren sheathed the saber again, and turned to his master.

"Yessa master," said Kylo Ren.

Jar Jar smiled. "Yousa should follow me now, okeeday?"

Kylo Ren bowed to the Greatest Sith the galaxy had ever seen, and followed as Jar Jar Binks triple-back flipped to the door.
