Wrongful termination?

When it results in the termination of one person and not the other I think it’s pretty illegal. It wasn’t them just not being nice to her she intentionally made her life hell so she could fire her later. Sorry I couldn’t be more detailed with the timeline of events but it’s easy to piece it together to show clear motive by that manager to get her fired. She couldn’t terminate her right after being hired because my wife was already there for 5.5 years and had a spotless record and was promoted several times up until that manager was hired. Once that manager was hired my wife was screwed. That manager created new positions that weren’t needed, hired her friends, put them at the absolutely highest end of their salary range. She even hired her husband as a contracted employee and paid him the highest they could. All of this can be proven to show her character and clear abuse of power. She also would go around the office trash talking other employees which is also an important detail.
