I'm sorry idk if you worded your question wrong, I think you mean abortion. I'm saying within the structure of abortion rights, only with respect to personal sovereignty over ones organs, terminating a pregnancy at 6 weeks is structurally the same as 39 weeks, such that each causes the fetus to cease to "potentially live". This later is an absurd hypothetical situation who's purpose it is to bracket the space of abortion possibility based on organ sovereignty, as it were. I realize that no one wants it, I realize no one is doing it.

I would argue that the difference of those two is something like "fetal viability" but I'm not smart enough to define it.
