Has your own age changed your outlook on any movies or characters?

I was going to say the whole lasagna thing in the first Clerks really hits different when you're a grown ass adult who makes their own lasagna as opposed to when you're a teenager for whom lasagna is just a thing that appears in your freezer courtesy of the lasagna fairy. I know the girlfriend is herself a teenager home from college for the weekend so she didn't actually spend hours making a lasagna for this boyfriend who she doesn't know is planning on dumping her but she does know he's still hung up on his ex. That lasagna she brings him is just a thing she found in her mom's freezer. But still. Someone put hours of work into making that lasagna and you're just going to give it to a guy who's not lasagna-worthy?
