2:38 a.m. My asshole hurts.

I am so sorry you have to deal with that kind of pain. I am a rectal cancer survivor and now six months later about Im still dealing with a good deal of pain due to scar tissue and fissures in the two lowest sphincters. It can be hell at times, but it sounds like with yours being attached to the nerves in your back, that sounds worse at least at times. It sounds like your drs take your pain seriously though so that is good to hear. My oncologist seems to think since radiation is over there should be no lasting effects (yes he actually said that) despite the glaring 50% of all people who go through abdominal radiation end up with an intestinal blockage at some point even years after. And the fact that the hundreds of people in my support group for colorectal cancer can attest to a lot of digestive issues/pains and damage to sex organs from the treatments. Whatever, Im surviving on tylenol and praying it just keeps getting better not worse. I hope your doctors find a way to relieve the nerves that are causing this awful pain for you and resolve it to a way more comfortable level.
