Why are people who know nothing about hydrogen cars defending this? Hydrogen is just not gonna work for cars, maybe trucks and boats but not cars. You can’t fuel it at your house so people are afraid to buy them because of the extremely lacking infrastructure. EVs are working because people were first able to fuel them at home giving demand causing chargers to be built etc.

Hydrogen refueling station are STUPID expensive to build. And after you do your 5 minute fuel up, it takes 20 minutes for the station to refill. And there’s 1 pump at hydrogen stations. It’s also very close in price to gasoline.

They also still have lithium ion batteries in them, so lithium is still being used. It’s also a lot harder to produce hydrogen in a clean way and is just inefficient compared to a BEV.
