She (25/f) ran away in the morning. What should I (25/m) do?

I didn't ignore EVERYONE's advice. I think some people advised to go ahead and text her that. and 2. I know she was just being silly when she said that, she was just upset so i know she didnt mean that. and 3. he was not uninvolved. He is her good friend who was also at the party last night who saw us go home together. And the ONLY reason i contacted him is because she responded in a childish way by saying "none of your business" like a 12 year old. that's the ONLY reason i contacted him. I assumed that meant she talked trash about me to him and that she was really really hurt. I also, don't forget, texted her an apology for hurting her feelings, and I asked if she and I could be civil. (she was not being civil).
