3 California inmate filmed their escape from Maximum security prison earlier this year. The video was released today.

He is good at what he does (except robbing weed dispensaries apparently).

He isn't innocent or a good guy, but that doesn't discredit the very good points he makes.

The law enforcement rhetoric does escalate. That's constructive criticism. They should take note of that. Of course, they won't. LE wants the escapees to panic and act reckless. They want to catch them asap cause it's embarrassing and they are dangerous criminals, so they want them to do that. Maybe it isnt really something they haven't already considered to death.

No child should be tried as an adult. If you think it's absurd when someone says a teen was an equal participant in statutory rape, then you should also think trying a child as an adult is absurd. It makes no rational sense to hold such contradicting views.

I'm against incarceration in the Us. I believe it is inhumane. I'd argue right now all but the true dangerous felons (whom honestly this guy is one) should be incarcerated. The rest should be released and we need to change our prison system so it is humane. They should be safe. There should be a bare minimum of comfort (removing someone from society is punishment enough in and of itself).

I truly believe our prisons and jails, typically speaking, are not fit for human habitation. Some people are truly too dangerous to be free, so we need them to be locked up. We really have no business doing it to anyone else in the circumstances that currently exist in prisons.

This guy needs to be caught. He's truly dangerous, that kid deserves better though. I don't care how terrible he acted when he was a child. I'm no hypocrite. If society deems children unable to make decisions for themselves, that is absolute. It doesn't only apply in circumstances where your bigotry pops up.
