I’ll be honest, I’m here through more of a scientific interest and I’ve noticed a few things with mediums.

Firstly, the community at large is very quick to defend other mediums with answers such as “energy can be tricky to read” or “Perhaps your friends energy is difficult to read”. It could actually be many mediums aren’t truly doing what they believe they’re doing, which in my opinion is the case. A lot of these people believe they’re talking to the dead but simply have a very good imagination or they’re incredibly good or bad at cold reading.

The other problems is reviews aren’t a great reflection of someone’s ability. People who are grieving are the worst people to give reviews, they so badly want to believe their loved ones are still around that they’ll cling to any answer, and many people “feed” mediums information without realising it.

A few tips I’ve found, firstly don’t pay too much for a medium. Anyone who’s charging say £100 for 30 minutes work is unethical. Doctors, Scientists etc don’t earn that much and they’re genuinely helping solve the worlds issues. I believe in people being paid fairly for their time but some mediums charge a terrible amount, especially when their gift is meant to be of a spiritual nature open to the rich and poor.

Secondly, don’t give the medium any information, don’t give them a story and be very adamant with your answers. If it doesn’t validate or feel correct tell them they’re wrong.

I’ve been to a few now on my search for the truth and I’ve found around 80% of the mediums I’ve been too are either scam artists / cold readers at worst or simply deluded but well meaning at best.

The 20% I’ve found have been accurate to such a degree I can’t deny they may have been on to something however out of the 20%, 3 of them have become very expensive due to demand and now only cater to the rich… sometimes success corrupts also.

I’d say keep looking if you’re so interested but definitely hold back on any information you give and also ask the medium beforehand what the procedure is if they can’t connect with anyone, If they say you’ll get a refund, we’ll they’re at least ethical ☺️
