I agree with you, but these 3 clowns will likely walk based on the law.

Arbery was fleeing after trespassing at a house under construction (not just out for a jog, as some reports states). This is clearly shown on additional surveillance footage. Their lawyers will argue that they attempted to perform a lawful citizen’s arrest, and that in doing so, their conflict with Arbery (him grabbing onto the gun) caused Arbery to be shot.

I’ll only add that in my heart of hearts, I know these 3 did not do the right thing as Arbery did not pose an immediate threat to anyone UNTIL they provoked him.

De-fund the police and you’ll get more of these wannabe cop a holes doing exactly this.
