The only real problem here, is that the Right make the erroneous assumption that they are somehow inherently less verminous than the Left. I consider Hitler worshipping white supremacists to be every bit as mentally ill in their own way, as third/fourth/whatever wave feminism is in its'.

Yes, Reddit is largely dominated by Marxists. 4chan, on the other, is basically an extension of Stormfront in many respects; and this is just as true of the 40k neckbeard cave that is /tg/, as it is for /pol/. If anything, 40k fanboys are worse than honest neo-Nazis, because the 40k fanboys are still proto-fascists; they just need to hide behind a roleplaying game in order to try and prevent anyone from finding out.

I was on 4chan for close to three years, but I virtually never go there any more. If 4chan really was a genuinely unbiased common carrier, which is what the Internet used to be, then I would appreciate it. It isn't truly neutral, though; it's just a steady diet of white supremacy, historically revisionist Nazi apologetics, autistic 25 year olds crying about "that feel when no gf," and potentially vomit inducing pornography.

A real common carrier would be great; but the constant repetition of 4chan's specific selection of mentally ill biases and obsessions is not. It just gets boring.

Reddit is not remotely close to a common carrier; but it has never really claimed to be. Reddit is an echo chamber for the atheistic, Michael Moore-esque, limp wristed pseudo-Communist demographic. The prototypical Redditor is the bastard love child of Richard Dawkins and Chris Crocker.

So don't think I love Reddit, /pol/ Stormvermin. It's just that I love you even less.
