I didn't have it as bad as WhateverUsername, but I thought it was pretty bad.

In my town we have this "mountain" or hill that is just across the lake from the town's beach. The only way to get there from town are the train tracks. So, one summer me and a few friends decided we should go for a hike to the top of the hill. The walk across the tracks takes about 45 minutes to get to the top. Once we got to the top, through treacherous trails and bush, my friend pulled out a bottle of Lamb's Black Sheep. Me being the stupid teenager who never thought of his choices, obliged in taking a shot. Well, as you know, one shot led to another. Next thing you know, we all have our shirts off on top of this "mountain" talking about shit you never talk about while sober (exes, family problems, gossip, etc).

Here's the stupid part. When I said the way up the "mountain" was treacherous. i meant that one small step could lead to me being in a wheelchair for the rest of my life, or dead. One wrong step along this trail meant an extremely painful next few hours. After a few shots, I fucking blacked out. I was gone.

I woke up at home, in my bed and it looked like the sun was just coming up above the horizon.. We arrived at the top of the hill around mid day, which meant the sun was at its peak. How fucking drunk did I get is a question I still ask myself. BUT, I don't remember a single fucking thing about my descent down the hill. Not a single fucking thing. That's the thing that scares me the most. One wrong step and I could have died, and yet, I made it down in one piece. No bruises, scrapes, or cuts. Just me and my drunk ass in my bed.

This has to be--hands down-- the most stupidest thing I have ever done in my life, sober or drunk.
