While I agree, the double standard in this subreddit in general is off the charts, the suggestions about a health issue here isn't one of them. He/she/they, suddenly completely shutting down and sleeping/laying in bed outside of work hours without explanation is a totally acceptable cause for concern. OP was a bit wrong to make out it all about housework, but it seems like there's at least a hint of actual concern. Im a dude and have no medical knowledge, so I don't know if pregnancy is an off-base suggestion or not, but something is up. It's entirely possible she's become unhappy with something, i.e. her job and/or the relationship and doesn't know how to discuss it or feels she can't with him for some reason.
