AITA for getting annoyed with parents who drive their kids to affluent neighbors on Halloween?

Bro how do you “build up” a community for trick or treating when the houses are 1/4 mile apart or everyone lives in apartments with no communal areas? They’re not going to his neighborhood because the children have a developed sense of class consciousness and a desire to take candy from the rich, they’re going there because that neighborhood is set up to celebrate Halloween and theirs isn’t.

I grew up in a pretty wealthy neighborhood with literally no trick or treating because the houses were too far apart, and I sure as hell didn’t just resign myself to trick-or-treating at 3 or 4 houses a year to “build up” my neighborhood. What are you talking about?
