AITA for not paying for something my daughter broke?

I would approach it differently, maybe go to my mom/step-dad and say:

“Okay I understand how step siblings were feeling, and I should’ve let them play with my Xbox also. If you can help me figure out how to get it repaired I will make an effort to let them play also, hey maybe we can find a fun multiplayer game the family can play?”

If that doesn’t work, yeah all you can do is put that incident in the memory bank and bring it out when they need something from you. “You want to help me out, but remember that time my Xbox broke? Nobody helped me out then, so why should I help now?”

Just breaking shit escalates a cycle of shitty behavior that only makes everything else worse.
