She may be giving it in a petty way, and then again she may not. You did make those mistakes, which you caught very quickly, which also proves her point that your workflow could be improved so that you notice more of your mistakes when proofreading

But the thing that gets me frustrated is that I chose in this very particular situation to just get things done quickly. One bit of context I left out is that this particular issue was intermittently preventing our entire team from getting their code live.

If this was a normal ticket or feature or bug I was working on, I would have gone through all the steps to make sure mistakes weren't being pushed.
