NTA. You don't have to like dogs. I don't like dogs at all. I've lived with a boyfriend who had a pitbull eerily similar to the one you've described. Living with that dog was a living nightmare and lowered my enjoyment of my home life dramatically. I only made it 3 months before I moved out (we broke up) and was so much happier! But you are in a difficult situation because you're married. Honestly if you weren't married I would say maybe don't marry a guy who has a dog!! At this point I guess you need to learn to live with it and you and your husband will both need to make some compromises- like setting some boundaries about where the dog can be at which times.
