AITA for wanting to out my daughter's stepfather to his employer?

NTA, but I'd say maybe pursue every conceivable effort to report him to the authorities or CPS and out of that home before attempting to get him fired. If you have a strong enough case to make to CPS or charges are pressed, the school will find out and act accordingly. If you go to school, they will be mandated to report, but it might seem curious and cast some doubt on your intentions if you don't also report to the property authorities in addition to that. Furthermore, if he loses his job but your wife retains custody, consider what your daughter might be in for as he vents his frustrations. I mention this because I had a similar circumstance in my own childhood - attempting to alert my mom to my dad's abuse when I spent weekends at his home, her having no success at convincing the powers that be and still having to spend time there, at which point I was instantly grilled and abused for "lying" and "trying to get him arrested" which would mean losing his job. It was a vicious cycle, so just be sure you can get her out of there ASAP and away from the piece of shit.
