Alleged driver in deadly Toronto van attack was an incel angered by the rejection of women.

Just spitballing here but I think the way our culture deals with anger has something to do with it. If you are someone who has anger issues, you will most likely be scolded for it growing up and just told that it's bad and to not do it.

But like you said, it's just human nature, it's actually perfectly natural to have anger or violent tendencies.

Instead of just saying "that's bad don't do that" when a kid gets angry and smashes something, maybe there's a way to let them know that it's ok and teach them how to express it in a way that isn't harmful. Just scolding them for it will make them more frustrated and they will just bottle it up which could make it worse.

Like, let's just give kids in schools martial arts classes or something? Feeling angry and pissed off? It's ok, just go wail on a punching bag for an hour and I guarantee you'll feel much better. I mean paired with some actual martial arts instruction just to make it structured and what not.
