This is the problem with people who have lived their whole life online they can't possibly fathom why someone would use another person's account. Was it a husband or wife of account holder? Was the account holder in car they just take turns? Could be someone trying it out to see if they like the job, someone with an immigration issue, someone with a stupid felony and had trouble getting approved, it could be as little as a car insurance thing (wife or husband is main name on insurance and would cost more to put them on it)...99.9 percent of these people are harmless and are trying to make a living.
