There are some quests that give you tons of XP are actually easier than you might think if you are just consistent and patient. For example, start lifting weights 2-3 times per week (even if you have to start with 2 lb. dumbbells--it doesn't matter). Start eating a healthy and high protein diet. Spend 30-60 minutes outside walking every day. Don't worry about progress or lack thereof--just be as consistent as possible with all these for a year. Voila, you will look better, feel better, and have more confidence. From there, some of the harder quests might feel more attainable. Honestly, the best way to make friends and start relationships is not to feel that you need those things to feel good about yourself--focus on feeling good in your skin and enjoying life independently of anyone else, and then all of that feels less daunting.
