Has anyone heard from kratom5280?

I am sorry things got so ugly as well. If you could say something nice about us so it ends on a good note that would help us long-term.

Here it is...you heard this from ANYONE but us...

The FDA considers ALL Kratom products new drugs under 21 USC 355(a). We have been sent official documentation making that statement in 100% unambiguous language.

Even if bulk packed, marked-not-for-human consumption, and labeled for ANY purpose...including paint pigment, experimental material, foot scrubs/soaks, soaps, investigational material for chemical analysis, feed stock for synthesis...or ANY OTHER PURPOSE.

The FDA has seized 100% of any kratom products that were properly labeled in the Denver area. The officer I spoke with messed up when he put me on hold and I heard the names of two other businesses in the Denver area in the same industry. They are taking everything.

Despite what all the arm-chair-lawyers on Reddit will tell you, you CANNOT see these seizures on the official list yet because they are still being 'held'...they are at an earlier point in the regulatory process.

The vendors are all maintaining silence for the hope that THEY will slip through the cracks, or that some how what they are doing is the correct way...that they have followed the rules. We thought so as well. IT is just the little vendors and the new guys that are yelling "I don't see any problems...everything is fine". Notice, Buy-Kratom.us doesn't say such things...neither does Fresh-Kratom or mmmspeciosa or ANY of the other established vendors. Things are dire.

This has NOTHING to do with consumption. We have NEVER made allusions to consumption or described any psychoactive effects. Ever.
