I just really wonder about the spec junkies out there telling us that just because some $500 android phone has an OLED that Apple and Samsung and Google are screwing us.

I just think there’s no way an OLED in those phones will match up to the quality of the flagships.

And of course there’s no real way to evaluate screen quality in a YouTube video.

Same goes with storage. Yeah Apple is ripping everyone off, but then again a lot of the cheaper alternatives are using eMMC or other slower storage and nobody’s doing storage benchmarks that are easy to find. Add “storage ssd benchmark” to your phone Google and it’s not that often that anyone’s done any testing, they just talk Geekbench bullshit.
