Are you always available?

For b2b sales? No. We are a massive company and I sell a product that needs to be shipped to our customers. Our logistics department stops processing new orders at 4 PM my time zone every day. I am not service/support and don't even have access to support tools or dispatch; my business customers have the contact information for their service team, because I gave it to them. There is nothing my customers could need after business hours that I would be able to do anything about even if I desperately wanted to.

This does depend on your product, company, and customer base. For me it working in higher level sales was a wonderful change coming from a staffing agency background with a customer base of local SB's, because then there theoretically was something you could do about a customer need for a temp after hours and you better believe our leader expected us to do it.
