I have an interview with the Dell Next Gen Sales Academy, any advice?

Big things to remember: dell is THE innovator. They are the ones to use their technology to challenge other companies to reinvent the wheel to make it better. Big buzz words for them are "improving the human condition" as in we have to live here, might as well do it comfortably by cutting out any problems we have as humans.

Also, remember the reason Dell started: to make sure everyone had access to affordable high end life changing technology anywhere in the world. A computer for us might not be a big deal, but it's a portal to education, entertainment, new career options etc. for someone who doesn't have much else.

Also focus on some other questions too. From what I remember, there was "why do you think you would be a good sales person?" And "what is your biggest achievement" and "what is something unique about you that is not on your resume?" I can't remember the last one though
