The American populace is shown a name, photo, & last known location of the target. Citizens may call in & report updated information on the target's movements. Hackers who track the target's cellphone or car via traffic cameras & CCTV in order to submit a live feed for the show to aid in The Hunt may receive royalties on that week's broadcast. The first citizen to find & kill the target will receive $1,000,000--tax free & all expenses covered. Prize money is doubled for video of the execution, tripled for live video. GoPro will be sought out as a sponsor.

For the winner only, a veritable army of lawyers will represent you in court for all crimes committed in the course of completing The Hunt. Violent interference with any other citizen in the course of completing The Hunt will result in immediate disqualification.
