Are there too many aspec microlabels?

Imo, many of the orientations listed on this page feel a bit arbitrary or don’t seem specifically aspec. Some of them are literally just describing kinks, preferences or dislikes that anyone (allo or ace) can have.

Take for example “Communicosexual” - an attraction to people you can communicate well with. What makes this specifically aspec?

And how is a “Bottoace” different from an allo who just doesn’t like having their butt touched?

How is an “Endesexual” different from an allo whose sexual attraction to a specific person wanes over time?

Or “Durasexual”? How does that differ from an allo who simply experiences extended periods of little to no sexual attraction? Or “Doubtsexual”? How does that differ from anyone else who doubts whether they’re truly attracted to someone? Could that not just be an insecurity vs. a full-on orientation? Is that distinction meaningful?
