“Why aren’t millennials buying homes?”

I don’t make a ton of money. But to be honest, I would gladly see the min wage increase without my salary increasing. People get so salty. People act like they support democratic socialism but can’t accept that perhaps leveling the playing is the whole fucking point. I’m a skilled professional in my field but I don’t give a fuck if someone working 40 hours a week at Starbucks makes the same as me. Whatever. I’d still rather do what I do because I chose to do it because I like it, not to make tons of money. If you want to hustle and make more money then fine, you’re entitled to that and by all means go for it. I just believe that people working a reasonable 35ish+ hours a week shouldn’t have this massive inequality of pay based on what amount of schooling they were able to afford or what family they were born into and thus what people they know.
