i wanna point to the very quest in this patch in which she onesidely declares a contest and then after winning it decides to get mad that "we let her win"

Still working through the new patch, but do you mean the bat-slaying contest? Even after I drew with her, while she does get frustrated, when the kids comment about wanting to fight like the WoL, she immediately turns around and agrees with them that if they'll looking for a role model they "may as well pick the best" then immediately transitions into praising the WoL's abilities.

Sure that's a bit of frustration but I think that's more Alisaie's competitive nature and admiration for the WoL. more than an inferiority complex.
