Best way to walk off during service?

I have only walked out once. I worked for a corporate store and was responsible for all steam trays as well as prep and desserts and salads. The manager is supposed to pull product at night to be prepared for tomorrow. He did not do that. Also, he got buddy buddy with the night guy and stopped checking his prep list/break down.

I would work from 5:30a-4pm on Sundays. We are a breakfast place and do frequent church fundraisers, so there would be lines all the way around the building.

I come in at 5:30am to see the prep list untouched and nothing cleaned, wiped down, and none of the frozen stuff pulled for today. I immediately show my GM so she knows and begin prepping/setting up as fast as I can, as we open at 6am. Still don't have half the prep list done when we open. And boy do we open. Line out the doors the second she unlocks the door. Limited oven space, so don't have room for all the oven prep.

Morning is going okay, I'm a little stressed from walking in and seeing nothing done, but I'm making the best of it. Manager from last night comes in to help the gm. Begins yelling at me for everything the night guy didn't do. "If she'd move her ass faster she'd be able to get it all done". I didn't respond. My GM asks me to help the dish guy because dishes are being used faster than he can wash them. I'm over my head but no problem, help out dish dude. Other manager comes back, starts screaming at me for not even doing "my job". All I say is that the gm told me to help him out a bit.

I need to mention the shitty manager is assistant manager. When they both tell me different things I always listen to top command, the gm. I've never been rude and always keep a smile on my face.

Anyway, after I tell the am that the gm told me to help the dish guy, his face turns purple and he starts screaming. How I'm a fuck up, how I never listen, how I'm lazy, and how I never get anything prepped and how I never pull product. He is so close to me he's spraying spit with every word and his finger is 2 inches from my face.

At first I was upset, but as soon as he mentions all the jobs HE should have completed last night, I got ANGRY. I don't quite remember everything that happened, but I remember quietly telling him to remove his finger and step back. He yelled some more, so I slipped around him and walked to the break room to collect my stuff and leave. He said something to the effect of "oh yea go sit on your ass while we have customers waiting". I turned, smiled, and said, "you mean YOU have customers waiting." I threw my apron at him and told him I quit. He opened and closed his mouth a few times and I pushed past him and out the door.

He FOLLOWED me all the way to my car. I wasn't going to do anything while on the property, but workers parked in a public lot not owned by the company. Once I reached my car, I spun around, dropped my stuff, pushed him up against my car and told him exactly what he could do with his head and where he should go. I had one hand on his chest, a finger in his face. And this piece of shit, nasty mother fucker POPS A GODDAMNED BONER. He mentions this as I'm screaming at him, so I knee him in the dick, get in my car, and demand he move or I'll run him over. He rolls out of the way and I leave.

Gm calls, ask why I didn't come back. I tell her everything including what I'd call sexual harassment. Since I was off the property, I'd have to press charges on my own(I didn't) and I heard through the grape vine the gm had the am transferred and now he runs his own store.

I wish I could say I was making this up. I really do.

His pathetic boner made me laugh, though. In all my 25 years, that was the first time I've ever kicked or kneed someone in the balls. Good times.
