Guys, please don't be so reactionary.

If you want to Make American Great Again then you have to play the game. Trump knows this. You voted for him. Give him your trust. At least give him a few months. Patience has intense value and no one else is going to give it him. No one can really predict the consequences of appointments this early.

Romney was his biggest and one of his most credible critics from within the Republican party. If he can flip him then that is a Win.

Trump said he wanted to be a President for all Americans. That means reaching out to his opponents and their supporters. He has to actually do this. Political capital is not a finite resource and actions earn more of it than words.

Also consider Romney came close to beating Obama. He didn't but he wasn't that far off. He may have lost but I respect him for getting close. Any marketer can recognise Obama is a marketing wet dream and pretty much unbeatable at that time.

I would urge all of you to go watch Mitt (2014). It's on Netflix I think. Pretty good, up-close documentary that really paints Romney in a different light and made me respect him.

And if Romney screws up I have no doubt Trump will hang him out to dry.
