Sum up: Less powerful, cheaper CPU, but still adequate and will not limit the better GPU I have put there (the 370 spanks the 750Ti and can sometimes compete with the 950 depending on the game) and you can overclock it to around 4.4-4.5GHz, and I have chosen a better cooler for it.
Added a SSD for the OS and programs, it's optional but highly recommended.
Even if you don't take the CPU or SSD, do me a favor and don't buy a 750Ti for the same price as a R7 370, it's nonsense. The CPU was chosen to balance the cost but if you can get the 370 and an i3 do it.
PLEASE don't get a Pentium dual core and Seagate HDDs, you're limiting yourself in the future with the former and risking your data with the latter.
