Cheap as I could possibly make it.
CPU is now a newer and locked i5-6500. It can't be overclocked but you will see little performance difference anyway.
A cheaper motherboard, it will work fine
8gb of DDR4 is enough for your needs
A cheaper and more powerful GPU.
