  1. GPU missing because you should wait and see how the Fury X performs, if it's good add the Fury X.
  2. Switch to an i5 if you think HyperThreading will be useless to you.
  3. If you don't care about noise remove the Noctua fans and H55 AIO.
  4. If you care about noise but you don't want to spend 40$ on fans + 50$ on a cooler then pick a Arctic Cooling Alpine 11 Pro Rev. 2, it's much better than a stock cooler.
