I think you’re underestimating the tensile strength of flesh. You can’t disembowel something with your bare hands and humans don’t have the teeth or the bite force to do it with our mouthes either.

As for eyes - let me just tell you my dad was in a life or death bar fight 30 years ago and he tried jabbing a guy’s eyes out as a last ditched effort. I’m talking four fingers on both hands wrapped around the back of this dude’s head while he rammed his thumbs in his eyes with full force. His eyes neither popped nor dislodged. He didn’t even go blind. The fight ended because (fortunately) the aggressor was a human instead of a pit bull but a cognitively defective dog bred for blood sport isn’t going to care or even notice if it’s in a blind rage.

If these things were as easy as you think they are, people would be doing it.
