[CA] Step child is unvaccinated in California public school. School is not enforcing due to mother's wishes. Where to report the school?

It DOESN'T MATTER to your husband's case. It's a requirement by the state. It's not something parents can enforce on their own. You want to call the district, or Sacramento, and talk to someone about it? Go right ahead. Don't expect anything to happen with any sort of speed. That's why I've said, from the beginning, that you need to stop looking to the school and start looking to the family court order.

Yes, you're probably very right about it being the least effective method (and slowest) for the current situation and family court is the current primary force my husband is relying on. However, even if this wasn't my step child, I would be very concerned about schools becoming anti-vax safe havens because they turn a blind eye. It's frustrating and we are just trying to find angles that will help my husband's children (and others, possibly).

I really appreciate you taking the time to respond.
