Michael Ruppert wasn't saying any of this before journalist Gary Webb exposed the agency and their involvement in sales and distribution of narcotics in America.

Think about it...Gary Webb spent years working on his research and the same month he releases everything and shocks the world this dingbat Michael Ruppert comes out of the wood work with all these allegations and pretends like he's the one except has nothing factual to back it up except his own account.

He never once mentions the agency dealing drugs prior to Gary Webb's investigative expose.
When looking at this logically and unbiased it's clear Ruppert tried to steal Gary Webb's hard earned work and credit or at least ride on the attention it was getting. Ruppert added nothing but his own "personal stories" that conveniently evolved over the years.

No one gang stalked him lol that's ridiculous. If Ruppert was a liability to the agency they would have killed him themselves not spent thousands of dollars having people stalk him in the hopes he kills himself.
