1.) He wasnt drunk, in the transcript he literally said "you call us poor, bums and drunks" as in people/police calling the indigenious that not that he was drunk or intoxicated.

2.) The police by the transcript was aggressive and demanding instead of talking in a normal tone as it should have happened with a minor offense like a license plate issue.

3.) The chief himself said that he got angry and responded in not ideal terms.

4.) There was no physical aggression mentioned in the transcript.

In short 90% of your comment is bullshit... maybe read the actual facts before you talk shit?

There definitely needs to be a closer look here, since the only two comments are from the chief and the official police report. The niece and wife and possibly the involved officers havent been questioned/interviewed yet and might shine some light into the matter.
