Why celebrate Valentines Day?

With that many kids they could do a fun little card/candy exchange. I love Valentine’s Day! I love the colors and all the cute stuff and flowers and all of it so my boyfriend and I celebrate it and even before I met him I would celebrate on my own by getting myself flowers or a cute stuffed animal and candies.

I thought it was super weird they just threw Valentine’s Day in this season. I haven’t watched the past few seasons but back when I did watch I don’t remember them doing anything for valentines except that early season you mentioned. I wonder if they just did something now because they knew that this episode would air around Valentine’s Day and thought it would be interesting? They have nothing else going on.
