Oh God. The last page and its feels. Hawks looking at Endeavor and apologizing looks like he is going to burst into tears and Dabi looking soft and creepy and wiping blood from his seams... Lets hear it from the Hori haters about this arc having to do anything with endeavor's redemption. I'd like it renamed the Hotwings Arc! These two boys...someone protect em!

This chapter is epic and everythings now slowly falling into place.
I guess that interview of horikoshi's where he said about what heros are and he added that even the "lone wolf types who do what is right"-c'mon, that has to be Hawks right? (other than Knuckleduster) Hawks has been having a completely different meltdown from Endeavor from the time he became the number 2. Every thing he said, everything he thought - he is torn up and guilty and so his back is not reassuring and he is feeling the pressure so much every line he said now can be taken in two ways.
The raws are confusing - in one its Hawks telling Dabi in the other its Dabi telling Hawks that he wanted the no 1 to be tested. Did Hawks set this ip to boost endeavors popularity and so messed up or did he want to prove some cred with the league? So maybe even though Hawks is a know it all, he may not know Dabis grudge against Todoroki. Or about Todoroki Enji. Worst part being what the hell happens when Hawks learns what Endeavor really is like, will that be his breaking point?
About Hawks seemingly knowing stuff can his quirk really be more than just stiff feathers and sensing stuff. Plus he is good at gathering intel. Why ask the no2 hero though i still dont get but they've basically thrown him into the fire as expendable. That Public Safety president lady be the dark side, hark my words.
First Gigantomachia called out to the lord, now this ujiko? Is it still afo or is there wayyyy more to organization than just...boss is still Shigaraki right, Dabi? So...while Twice brought in Chisaki, Dabi brought in-not-yet the no.2 hero.
Also, Dabi has definitely something to do with or is the third Todoroki brother with the chapter more or less confirming too much. The forest+kurogiris warp gate was so dark, Shoto couldnt see but heard the voice, endeavor cant see but hears his voice, heck dabis voice is sooo special it controls Nomus! Plus, Endeavor matches voice to the quirk to the cremation of Snatch to the guy. So... what is or isnt? But Dabi looks too much like Endeavor and Rei both so, maybe he is the eldest brother after all. Also, maybe endeavor nd shotos fire powers stem from their eyes(like Chisakis are hypothesized to from his hands) and the hair color is incidental.
Fun fact -snatch and endeavor are the same age so is it a stretch to imagine they went to UA at the same time? Also, dabis last line is it he has already gone mad thinking about(victims/families) or he would go mad if he thinks... so is he yet another spy sent in warlier by the police?
Well I know Im going mad reading this chapter, hell this whole arc has me holding my breath.
