China to allocate $4.6 bln to shut 4,300 coal mines

Whoa, I'm guessing I found the Indian racist.. That came out of nowhere and reeks of butthurt. Is this what normally happens when people present facts to you?

They have been 2 leading civilizations for thousands of years.

Leading in which way? I know they invented lots of things but leading? Europe invented a lot of things as well and did it with far less people. Let's not forget the only reason that India and China were "leaders" in your eyes is because they were and are, by far, the two most populous countries in the world. All it takes is for GDP per capita to be above a low amount to be "leading." Seriously, not that hard.

And it's hilarious that you mention European slavery considering slavery has been practiced in India long before Britain came in and the fact that you single out Europe is interesting considering it was Muslim people, not European, that enslaved Indians from the 8th to the 19th century.. around 900 years. Actually, slavery is being practiced more in India than any other country in the world right now to this day. In fact, 50% of all modern slaves are in India. So how have all of your slaves been helping India and how did all that looting and slavery help the Middle East?

Developed countries are responsible for most of the mess today.

I agree. That's why it's important that they invest and develop the technologies to move beyond oil, which they've been doing and I pointed out to you in the chart in my previous comment.

China's total emissions is still less than US.

Another nugget of ignorance from you. China's total emissions are nearly twice that of the US. Where do you get this stuff? You're making yourself look really bad..
