Chiropractor or internist? Huge posture issues

I think you might benefit from physical therapy actually. They are godsends and I hear great things from patients. They’ll work with your problematic muscle groups and even send you home with home exercises and stretches to help you.

Chiropractors range in what they do (some are very evidence based and do a lot that PTs do, some go off the deep end and do shit that isn’t evidence based). Either way, evidence based or not, real medicine or placebo, some patients feel better after this as well. I usually never recommend chiropractors because what they do isn’t evidence based, but I bring it up in case people want to try something a little less mainstream.
